This town takes its holiday decorating seriously. Judges appointed by the city will drive all over town looking for that special home decorating effort. Apartments and condos will be judged in a separate category.

"It takes us about three hours to drive through all the neighborhoods," said town clerk Nancy Beelman.

Winners receive cash. First place is $100, and 10 homes will be recognized. Decor must be at least partly lighted and should have a holiday theme.

Judges will make their decisions Dec. 11.
