Milne, John D., 73, of Beverly Hills, died Monday (Nov. 27, 2006) at Hospice of Citrus County, Lecanto. Born in Nahant, Mass., he came here in 2002 from Bridgeton, Maine. He was an Army veteran with a career of 20 years. He served two tours in Vietnam and was the recipient of the Bronze Star. Later, he was a commercial shipping captain. He was an avid fisherman, cribbage player and hunter, and enjoyed wildlife and nature. He also enjoyed cooking and was a talented woodworker. He enjoyed family times. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Marjorie E.; three daughters, Diana E. Maxwell, Bend, Oregon, Lorrie F. Florence, Narragansett, R.I., and Judith A. Hall, Millport, N.Y.; a brother, Arthur A. Minner, Anna Thelma, 88, of Beverly Hills, died Wednesday (Nov. 22, 2006) in Inverness. Born in Detroit, she came here in 1974 from Livonia, Mich. She was a homemaker and an Army veteran of World War II. She enjoyed sewing, needlecraft, knitting, crocheting and making jewelry. She volunteered for the homebound and Citrus United Basket. She was a member of Nesbitt VFW Post 10087, Women's Army Corps Veterans Association Chapter 78 and Crystal River Women's Club. She was Christian. Survivors include a daughter, Vivian K. Richards, Winter Park; a sister, Angeline Wegrecki, Dearborn, Mich.; two grandchildren, Jesyca F. Agle, Fredric H., 86, of Homosassa, died Thursday (Nov. 23, 2006) at home. Born in Eden, N.Y., he came here in 1995 from Collins, N.Y. He was active with the Farm Bureau and Collins Dairy Co-operative. He was an active member of the Gowanda Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Springville School Board. He enjoyed traveling, snowmobiling and camping. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Ellen Riner, Memphis, N.Y., Patricia Parker, Woolrich, Pa., and Joann Conrad, Eaton, N.Y.; two sisters, Marta Fisher, Hilton Head, S.C., and Alberta Gebhardt, Homosassa; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Clark, Mary Marie Gann, 87, of Citrus Springs, died Tuesday (Nov. 28, 2006) in Citrus Springs. Born in Corbin, Ky., she moved here in 1979 from Morristown, Tenn. She was a homemaker and a noted cook. She enjoyed family times and was Baptist. Survivors include a son, David A. Gann Sr., Lecanto; five brothers, Robert Mobley and Esley Mobley, both of Melbourne, Max Mobley, Corbin, Ky., Duel Mobley, Orlando and Rex Mobley, Corbin, Ky.; two grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
