Spectacular Vegas Show


The Polish American Pulaski Association will present impersonators Tommy O & Marilyn and Dawn Behrens Vega in "From Elvis to Pavarotti" at a dinner show. Dinner is from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m., followed by the show. Dinner and show, $22. Call Leona at (727) 376-8149.

Progress Energy Art Gallery


The exhibit "Wiggle, Slither, Romp & Climb: Animals in Art" will open with an artists' reception at 6 p.m. at the gallery, 6231 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. Artists are Lisa Ward Landsman, Sali Dalton, Arthur Bell, Suzanne Natzke, Edwina Curtis and Nancy Jacey. The gallery is open noon to 8 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. The exhibit will be at the gallery through Jan. 31.

Art quilt demonstration


Pasco Arts Council will present a talk about art quilts by Susanne McCoy, 10 a.m. at the art center, 5744 Moog Road, Holiday. At 11 a.m., there will be a demonstration on fused fabric collage techniques. The center's "Holiday House" gift shop will be open through Dec. 22.

Christmas Concert


Nature Coast Festival Singers will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday at Nativity Lutheran Church, 6363 Commercial Way (U.S. 19), Weeki Wachee (just north of the State Road 50 intersection). An offering will be accepted.

Sugar Plum Fairy Party


The Centre for Dance, Drama & Music will hold the "Sugar Plum Character Party" from 2 to 4 p.m. at its studio, 6648 Ridge Road, Port Richey. Sugar Plum Fairy and her friends from the Nutcracker Ballet will perform and pose for photos with their guests. Tickets are $10; proceeds go to Expressions, the Dance Company. Call (727) 842-8175.

Thursday Musicale


The nonsectarian chorus of 50 women will present a concert at 2 p.m. at Living Word Church, 5151 Rowan Road, New Port Richey. Guest performer is John Timpanelli. Admission is free, but an offering will be accepted.


Presented by Florida Lyric Opera, starring Mary K. Wilson and narrated by John Wilson, 7 p.m. Saturday at the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center, 324 Pine St., Tarpon Springs.
