Retired Gen. Tommy Franks has sold his Harbour Island home for $1.6-million to Clearwater physician Dennis Los. But Franks and his wife, Cathy, haven't left Tampa. They bought the property at 914 Anchorage Road in 2003 for $1.35-million. Michael Hayes of Franks & Associates said Franks sold the four-bedroom, 4,739-square-foot home so that he can downsize. Franks and his wife still own a smaller home in South Tampa. Hayes said they were spending more time at their ranch in Oklahoma when they decided to pare down.
