Derek Anderson and the Browns came out of nowhere.
Cleveland's backup quarterback threw two touchdowns in the final nine minutes of regulation and ran33 yards in overtime to setup Phil Dawson's 33-yard field goal.
Anderson, who had not thrown an NFL pass coming in, replaced injured starter Charlie Frye. Dawson's winning kick with 7:25 left in OT came after the 6-foot-6 Anderson lumbered to the Kansas City 12.
NOTABLE: Frye hurt his right wrist on Cleveland's first drive when he was knocked down.
