WOMAN, TWO MEN FACE ARSON CHARGE IN MOBILE HOME FIRE

Three people have been charged with first-degree arson in connection with a Saturday night fire that destroyed an abandoned mobile home on Frazee Hill Road.

Tony Leon Hooks, 54, Shirley Marie King, 52, and Ronald Clarence Snipes, 58, were each held early Sunday in lieu of $50,000 bail, Pasco sheriff's deputies said.

The property belongs to Cheree Singleton, according to Pasco County land records.

Man accused of having cocaine

A 24-year-old man faced drug charges after he sold cocaine to an undercover deputy, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office.

Benjamin Andrew Santos Jr. of Zephyrhills was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine and marijuana possession.

The deputy who arrested Santos on Thursday said he found 0.035 ounce of crack cocaine in a cigar tube inside a 20-ounce soda bottle.
