The scoop: Losing records don't matter when the Steelers and Browns tangle. Pittsburgh has won six straight in the series, including a last-minute victory in November. If Cleveland quarterback Charlie Frye's wrist injury keeps him out, 6-foot-6 Derek Anderson will start. In his first substantial action Sunday, Anderson replaced the injured Frye and led the Browns to an overtime win against the Chiefs with two touchdown passes and a 33-yard run to set up the winning field goal. The Steelers defense has not allowed a 100-yard rusher this season and comes off a five-sack, four-turnover win against the Bucs. Linebacker Joey Porter likes the prospect of "messing with" a young quarterback.
