NORKY'S, 5610 Hanley Road, 886-1634. Very small, family style, Spanish-speaking staff, Peruvian dishes. Pollo a la brasa (braised chicken) is the takeout specialty. HOURS: noon-9 p.m. daily. $

SPLASH! AN OCEAN GRILL, 3973 Van Dyke Road, 269-8611. Seafood, including maple glazed cedar plank salmon, cedar romanesque and pan-seared sesame crusted tuna.
