War stories and Christmas party: Dr. Robert Walker, former WWII Tuskegee Airman who graduated from the first all-Black pilot's program, will be the guest speaker at the Yankee Air Force meeting and Christmas party at 1 p.m., Dunnellon Airport, 15070 SW 111 St. Dr. Walker will recount stories of escorting bombers in P-51's during the war. Citrus Springs holiday parade: "Tropical Christmas" parade staging begins at 1 p.m. by the fountain. The parade starts at 2 p.m, ending at Wesley Jones Park on Citrus Springs Boulevard.

Holiday program: Carol Kline entertains at 2 p.m., Beverly Hills Recreation Association, 77 Civic Circle. Coffee and cake served. Admission, $6. Call 746-4882.

Christmas in the park: Winding River Garden Club of Yankeetown-Inglis will present its annual celebration at 2 p.m., Winding River Park at Riverside and 56th streets, Yankeetown. Refreshments will be served, and entertainment will be provided by a local musician with sing-a-long caroling. Santa Claus will arrive by boat with gifts for the kids.
