Abu-Kishk, Meagan Adileh, 13, of Port Richey, died Saturday (March 3, 2007) at All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg. Born in St. Petersburg, she was a student at Chasco Middle School. She was an organ donor. She was Muslim. Survivors include her parents, Kimberly and Ahmad Abu-Kishk. Royal Palm Funeral Chapel North, St. Petersburg.

Benoit, Robert John Sr. "Bob," 63, of Holiday, died Thursday (March 8, 2007) at Tampa General Hospital. Born in Colorado, he moved here in 2003 from Aurora, Colo. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy G.; three sons, Robert J. Jr., Highlands Ranch, Colo., and Edward R. and Douglas, both of Aurora; a brother, Steve, Golden, Colo.; and seven grandchildren. Darpino, Edna Katherine Lane "Kat," 73, of Lutz, died Wednesday (March 7, 2007) in Tampa. She was born in Tampa. Survivors include her husband, Anthony; two sons, Raymond Griner, Dade City, and Glenn Snow, and a daughter, Georgiann Snow, both of Lutz; two brothers, James and Donald Lane; a sister, Mary Adkins; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Holden, Marilyn J., 40, of Webster, formerly of Dade City, died Tuesday (Feb. 27, 2007) in Clermont. Born in Marietta, Ga., she moved to Webster from Dade City six years ago. Survivors include her husband, Gary J.; three sons, Justin, Chadwick and Troy; three brothers, Timothy, Tommy and Kenny Cochran; and two sisters, Wanda and Jackie Cochran. Keith, Philip George, 84, of Holiday, died Wednesday (March 7, 2007) in Holiday.

Born in Randolph, Mass., he moved here in 1980 from Falmouth, Mass. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a retired construction contractor. He was Catholic. Survivors include a son, Philip G. II, Odessa; two daughters, Susan DeVita, Tarpon Springs, and Paula Keith, Lutz; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Homes, Holiday.

McDermott, Patricia Ann, 64, of Zephyrhills, died Thursday (March 1, 2007) at Gulfside Regional Hospice, New Port Richey, after a brief Illness. She was born in Phillipsburg, N.J. She was a 12-year winter resident from Wind Gap, Pa. She was a senior analyst for Mineral Technology. She attended St. Joseph Catholic Church. She sponsored foreign exchange students. She enjoyed bluegrass music. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, John; a son, David Groff; three sisters, Colleene Schroeder, Sandra Cummins and Georgia Robles; and several nieces and nephews. McMahan, Billy G., 78, of New Port Richey, formerly of Tampa, died Friday (March 9, 2007) in New Port Richey. Born in Athens, Ala., he moved to New Port Richey from Tampa 16 years ago. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and an automobile mechanic with Montgomery Ward. He was Christian. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Elsie; a daughter, Susan Cohen, New Port Richey; six sons, Leonard, Vallejo, Calif., William, New Port Richey, Glenn, Detroit, Dennis, Rochester Hills, Mich., Charles, Brandon, and David, Tampa; a sister, Doris Perles, Melbourne; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Neal, Benjamin L. Sr., 86, of Wesley Chapel, died Thursday (March 8, 2007) in Wesley Chapel. Born in Appling, Ga., he moved to this area many years ago. He was a sheet metal worker for 50 years. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; a son, Robert D.; four daughters, Cynthia Cardoza, Memory Mobley, Suellen Taylor and Carolyn DeKilder; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Pasini, Peter, 89, of Port Richey, died Thursday (March 8, 2007) in Hudson. Born in Mulberry, Kan., he moved here 31 years ago from Warren, Mich. He was a manufacturing industry machinist and Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Suzanne; three sons, Peter, Novi, Mich., Dennis, Rochester Hills, Mich., and Chris, Fenton, Mich.; two daughters, Joy Pasini and Jana Pasini-Vonlindern, both of Houston; a brother, Cecil , Baltimore; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. St. Peter, Gertrude A. "Trudy," 84, of New Port Richey, died Thursday (March 8, 2007) in New Port Richey. Born in Norway, Maine, she moved here in 1988 from Stoughton, Mass. She was a clerk for 26 years at Rust Craft Greeting Cards. She attended St. James the Apostle Catholic Church. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary, Hacienda Village Women's Club and the Red Hat Club. Survivors include two sons, David R., Boston, and Don C., Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Denise E. St. Peter, Palmetto, and Debra Cutcliffe, Port Richey; a brother, Nathan Parrin, Boston; two sisters, Margaret Lampke and Nancy Signett, both of Edenton, N.C.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Schippan, Timothy, 34, of St. Petersburg, formerly of Hudson, died Tuesday (March 6, 2007) at home.

A medical examiner's report is pending. He was born in Mineola, N.Y., and moved to St. Petersburg from Hudson in 2002. He was a 1990 graduate of Hudson High School. He was a Marine Corps lance corporal and a physical fitness instructor. Survivors include his mother, Maureen Schippan, Hudson; three brothers, Edward and Ted, both of Hudson, and Michael, Holiday; four sisters, Christine Schippan, San Francisco, Lorraine Spath, Connecticut, Donna Walker and Diane Schippan, both of Hudson; and many nieces and nephews. Siplak, Roger John, 64, of New Port Richey, died Wednesday (March 7, 2007) at Community Hospital of New Port Richey. He came here 33 years ago from his native Plainfield, N.J. He was an Air Force veteran who served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a respiratory therapist with Community Hospital. He was a member of American Legion Post 0173, Holiday. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Cynthia; a son, Stephen, Pembroke Pines; a daughter, Pamela Siplak, New Port Richey; a brother, Jack, Allentown, Pa.; and a grandchild. Storrs, Mansur "Pete," 78, of New Port Richey, died Wednesday (March 7, 2007) at Marliere Care Center, New Port Richey. Born in Wollaston, Mass., he moved here in 1997 from Hingham, Mass. He was an Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War and was a survival instructor. He owned Northeast Instruments and Valve Co. He was a member of South Shore Country Club, Timber Greens Country Club and the Instrument Society of America. He was a member of the 2nd Parish Church. Survivors include his wife, JoAnne R.; a daughter, Lizbeth Donnelly, Madison, Conn.; four sons, Thomas, Arlington, Va., Gregory, Bethesda, Md., Dane, Foxborough, Mass., and John D., Needham, Mass.; three stepsons, William Reis, Hungtinton Beach, Calif., Channing Reis, Hampton Falls, N.H., and Glenn Reis, Cary, N.C.; a stepdaughter, JoAnne Lee, Clermont; a sister, Brenda Hayes, East Dennis, Mass.; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Timmer, Theresa, 93, of Dade City, died Thursday (March 8, 2007) at Pasco Regional Medical Center. She moved here in 1958 from her native Michigan. She was a homemaker and member at the First Baptist Church of Lachoochee, where she was the organist. Survivors include seven children, Helen Watts and Terry Timmer, both of Dade City, John Timmer, Baldwin, Mich., Marcia Spink and Bill Timmer, both of Bushnell, Linda Hill, Tampa, and Holly Timmer, Lakeland; and three generations of numerous grandchildren. Tolar, Stella L., 86, of Dade City, died Thursday (March 8, 2007) at Hernando Pasco Hospice. She came to this area in 1947 from her native Colquitt, Ga. She was a homemaker and was Baptist.
