Take a gamble on a job at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The Tampa casino is holding a job fair Wednesday and Thursday to prepare for the $120-million expansion that will make it Florida's largest casino. The first phase should be completed by September. The Hard Rock will be hiring for a range of positions, including casino hosts, restaurant staffers, marketing professionals, supervisors, security guards and housekeepers. The job fair will be at the Charles M. Davis Special Events Center at the Florida State Fairgrounds from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. Among the additions planned for the Hard Rock: a steakhouse, a VIP lounge, a 1,250-space garage and a gaming floor with 3,200 machines.
