A DIFFERENT TAKE ON GRITS

Bobby Flay has never met anything that he doesn't like to put on the grill. And on this episode of Boy Meets Grill on Food Network, he will be no different. Flay will tackle Southern-style grilling by throwing grits on the grill. That gives them a crisp crust so that they can be topped with a corn and green chile relish.
