The city is offering a new preschool program this fall for children ages 3 and 4 at the Seminole Recreation Center.
The weekday program will include stories, play time, music, art and other learning activities.
It will be offered in half-day and full-day sessions. Registration begins at the end of August.

Free end-of-summer concert in the park
A free, family-friendly outdoor concert in Largo Central Park is set for the last Saturday of the summer before school starts.
Classic rock cover band Stone Gypsy will perform selections that range from Aerosmith to Alice Cooper to the Rolling Stones.
Free onsite parking will be available. Bring blankets and lawn chairs. No pets, alcohol or personal coolers are permitted in the park. Concessions will be available.

Community garage sale to take place on Aug. 25
