Curt Schilling looked sharp but took the loss Monday in his first start in seven weeks for the Red Sox. The Angels won the game between division leaders 4-2. For the result of Tuesday's game see "I could have very easily shut those guys out if I had executed some pitches," Schilling said. "While I'm not throwing the ball 95 anymore, I didn't get beat by my fastball. I got beat making some horrible off-speed pitches." Brandon Moss, making his major-league debut, struck out with two on to end the game.
