Hillsborough deputies saw Jeanette Lee Carrero's car speeding and weaving on Van Dyke Road in Lutz early Sunday. When they pulled her over, they found her 4-year-old daughter in the car.

Carrero, 27, of Riverview is charged with driving under the influence and felony child neglect.

According to an arrest affidavit, Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies clocked Carrero going 20 mph over the 50 mph speed limit, traveling west on Van Dyke Road at Whirley Road about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

The car crossed the center line six times. Deputies noted that Carrero's eyes were red and watery, and she was unsteady when she stood.

Blood-alcohol tests recorded her alcohol level at 0.165 and 0.166 - more than twice the threshold at which Florida law presumes someone is unable to drive a motor vehicle safely. The mortgage company receptionist was listed in the Orient Road Jail with an $8,000 bail Sunday night.
