CAPPADONA, Rose Fulco 71, of Trinity, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Saturday Jan. 26, 2008 ,at her home. Born in New Jersey, she came here in 1966 and worked as an RN for Hospice. She was also an accomplished artist, who shared her beautiful creations with those she loved. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Jude. Survivors include three daughters, Karen Todaro, Kathy Jenkins, and Lisa Thorson; a son, Thomas Cappadona; two sisters, Angela Grebowski and Dorothy Brockman; four grandchildren, Alicia Montgomery, Jena and Leia Todaro, and Matthew Jenkins; three great-grandchildren, Austin, Luke, and Mason Montgomery. She was predeceased by her husband, Carmen J. Cappadona, and her son, Michael C. Cappadona. He was a veteran of WWII, earning the Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Florence. COMSTOCK, William D. 84, of Gulfport, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2008. Born in East Orange, NJ, he came here in 1946 after being released from a German POW Camp in WWII. He was a veteran of the Army Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ruth; daughter, Ruthie and brother, Rupert. Survivors include 4 daughters, Jackie and Patty Comstock, Helen Beaudet and Gail Williers; a sister, Claire Cahill; a brother, Robert; a granddaughter, Melissa Posey; and 2 great grandsons, Jacob and Brock Posey. DeMILLE, John Raymond 87, died Jan. 8, after a long illness. Born in Framington, MA, he was a retired business education supervisor and cross country coach in Bethel, CT. He was honored by Bethel, who created the John DeMille Firecracker 10K Road Race for 42 years; was an honored WWII veteran; an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church; and held a Pilgrim Degree from Loyal Order of Moose as well as a membership in Elks, VFW and the American Legion. Survived by his granddaughter, Alexandria-Tatjana Nowotny, Germany; a sister, Eleanor Dion, New Jersey; nieces, Diane Urwiller, Clearwater; and Charlotte Dion, New York; and stepsons, Robert May, of New York, and Richard May, of Georgia. HANKIN, Amy 98, of Seminole, died Jan. 23, 2008, at Seminole Nursing Pavilion. She formerly resided at Freedom Square in Seminole. She was air raid warden in London during the war. She came to the U.S. in 1974. She was an avid duplicate bridge player and was director of many duplicate games. She was a gentle and gracious lady with many friends. ZERVOS, Katherine E. 1923-2008 "Much mirth and no madness, all good and no badness" accurately described Katherine Limber in her senior yearbook and throughout her life. She succumbed to cancer early Saturday morning in the presence of her loving husband and children Greg, Terry, Despina Sibley, and Emmanuel. She married Mike Zervos in 1956 and began an odyssey raising 4 children that would become the overriding focus and proudest accomplishment of her life. As matriarch, she attended 6 college graduation ceremonies including the University of Michigan Dental and Medical Schools. She is preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Helen Limber, brother Peter and sister Stella Tsilimingras. In addition to her children, she is survived by 9 grandchildren, her brother Andrew Limber and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Tampa General Hospital Foundation or Florida Suncoast Hospice. Viewing will be held at Moss Feaster Funeral home (1320 Main St., Dunedin, FL) from 6-8 pm Monday with Trisagion service beginning at 7.
