A Healthy, Wealthy and Wise Fair is set from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Groves Golf and Country Club, 7924 Mellowgold Circle in Land O'Lakes. All proceeds will be donated to the Hernando-Pasco Hospice. Admission is free. Call (813) 787-1547.

A Basic Life Support Course, known as Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) will be taught from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday at the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Conference Center, 14000 Fivay Road in Hudson. There will be a lecture, demonstrations, test preparation, practice sessions and a written exam. Upon completion participants will receive a BLS card good for two years. The Florida Cancer Institute offers a breast cancer support group at 6 p.m. Thursday and then every other Thursday at the New Port Richey Center at 8763 River Crossing Blvd. Anyone touched by breast cancer is invited to attend, including family members. The Florida Cancer Institute will host the American Cancer Society's Look Good ... Feel Better program from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at the New Port Richey Center, 8763 River Crossing Blvd. The free program teaches beauty techniques to women cancer patients. The Pasco County Chapter of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) offers three types of support group meetings each month for family and friends of those with mental illness and those with mental illness. This includes all types of brain disorders, including, but not limited to OCD, depression, autism, bipolar, schizophrenia and multiple personalities. Daytime meetings are from 3 to 5 p.m. the first and third Monday of each month at the Regency Park Civic Association Building, 10240 Regency Park Blvd., Port Richey. The evening meetings are from 7:30 to 9 p.m. the second and fourth Monday (except holidays) of the month at Conference Room C at Community Hospital, 5637 Marine Parkway, New Port Richey. The Family and Friends Adolescent Support Group meets from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. the second Thursday of each month at the North Pinellas Children's Medical Center, River Crossing Professional Center, 5508 Little Road, New Port Richey. The Alzheimer's Family Organization offers three support groups this week. A group meets at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Atria Baypoint Village Clubhouse, 7927 State Road 52 in Hudson. The organization has a Wanderers Identification Program for people with memory disorder. Each person is given an identifying bracelet or pendant with a code number and telephone number to the participating Sheriff's Department.
