On TV tonight

The Biggest Loser: Couples, 8 p.m., NBC Rocco DiSpirito judges a cook-off and makes a meal for the winners. How are these people supposed to lose weight this way?

One Tree Hill, 9 p.m., CW We would tell you what this is about, but we just realized the woman who plays Victoria (Daphne Zuniga) is the same one who was in Spaceballs and The Fly II. Whoa.

House, 9 p.m., Fox This is it, House fans - the last new episode until Hollywood comes to its senses. You'll have to settle for finding gruff, misunderstood miracle workers at your own office, because there are obviously no real doctors like this.
