Book fair features 'Reading Road Trip'

Last Friday, Chocachatti Elementary students and their guests took a "Reading Road Trip" at the school's Book Fair. The event included guest readers, crafts, a treasure hunt, costumed characters, refreshments, games and video tours. There were neck massages available for weary "travelers" who needed a break.

Students also had the opportunity to create a book using Klutz Build-a-Book. Parents and children could write and illustrate their own book, creating a family treasure.

Proceeds from the Book Fair will help to pay for the printing of this year's Chocachatti yearbook.
