Brooksville City Hall Art Gallery: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville. The winter exhibit, which runs through Tuesday features displays by the Hernando Quilters, Suncoast Ship Model Society, Spring Hill Camera Club and a new selection of poetry by Just Poets members; paintings by artists Tony Caparello, Glenna Cofran, Shirley Jacobson, Barbara Kerr, Alberto Juliano, Jessica Miller, David C. Suncoast Ship Model Society's annual ship model display: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Weeki Wachee Senior Citizens Center, 3357 Susan Drive, Spring Hill. The show will include model ships from the 18th century through modern times. There will be ships in bottles, frigates, merchant ships, whalers, warships, riverboats, tugboats and fishing schooners, some radio-controlled. There will also be ships under construction. Anyone who donates blood at the LifeSouth bloodmobile and brings a donation for the Dawn Center will get an extra raffle ticket for the door prize, valued at more than $100.
