D'Augustino, Cookie A few weeks ago, a void was created in the huge circle of friends and family of Cookie D'Augustino. Cookie's inner strength, courage, and wit gave solace to us all during her lifetime, and especially during her last illness. The wonderful care given by Moffitt Cancer Center took three major bites from her frail frame, but in spite of countless medications and treatments and loss of vision in one eye, she continued to walk the steps to work, dragging one leg behind the other. Her never ending sense of humor about her situation and life never failed to make us laugh. She will get the angels giggling. Herb Elliott PS: I have no doubt that this newspaper is delivered to your new location. You have a new grandson, Sawyer McRae Johnson. Mother and son are doing fine.
