Fundraising Run: USF engineering students will hold the Tampa Tropical Trot 5K at 7 a.m. Sunday at USF's Intramural and Par courses, 4202 E Fowler Ave. The group is raising funds for a project that will bring water to a developing community in the Dominican Republic. Spring sports: Registration is open for spring sports at the Bob Sierra Family YMCA, 4029 Northdale Blvd. Sign-up for soccer for children ages 3 to 11, flag football for ages 6 to 14, volleyball for ages 8 to 15 and cheerleading for ages 5 to 12.
