Ierna's Heating & Cooling of Lutz will team with DNA Life Print and the John Walsh Foundation for a Special Family Safety Day from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday at the Lutz Library, corner of U.S. 41 and Lutz Lake Fern Road, Lutz.

The FBI, local police and local fire agencies will be available to talk with children and families about safety. All children who visit will receive a DNA kit, a child safety log, Bio-Metric finger printing and a high definition photograph by the FBI. All information will be placed on a disc and given to each parent. This will allow the child's information to be disbursed to every police agency in the United States within 60 seconds if a child was missing. All activities are free to the public.

Also included in the event will be "How to Handle a Choking Situation" by safety and fitness educators; a children's martial arts presentation by Yung Ho Tae Kwon Do; Bounce House by Jimmy Jumpers; Jimmy Leo, balloon sculptor, and displays and presentations by Huntington Learning Center and AmeriGroup Community Care - Kid Care Insurance.
