At Lake Placid, the Longhorns rallied from a 17-13 fourth-quarter deficit with a 78-yard scoring drive in the final minutes.
With the victory, Lennard improves to 4-4 overall, 2-1 in Class 2A, District 5. Quarterback Andrew Burdick threw touchdown passes to Corey Barrien and Demyco Winston. Tevin Abboney rushed for another Longhorns score.
"We had a fantastic drive at the end of the game," Lennard coach George Edington said.
Cambridge 29, Leesburg First Academy 6: At Leesburg, Micah Lewis rushed for two touchdowns and caught another to lead the Lancers to their first win of the season.
Cambridge (1-7) led just 6-0 at the half, but behind two Lewis scores went ahead 20-0 after three quarters. Dixon Phillips also scored for the Lancers. Quarterback Hayden Kelley threw two touchdown strikes.
"It feels great," Cambridge coach John Kelly said. "We finally got the monkey off our back."
