What are the Chargers doing?
Ex-Armwood assistant Todd Donohoe is building his own program and hoping hard work pays off.
Networking What they're saying about the Chargers
Coach Todd Donohoe "Our schedule gets much more difficult as the season goes along. Even if it's not on the scoreboard, our goal is to get better at what we're doing."
Coach Todd Donohoe "I got to work with the best of the best (at Armwood). ... Coming from Armwood, I kind of know what that's about, so hopefully it will carry over."
Armwood coach Sean Callahan "Todd Donohoe brings so much to the Crest. ... He'll have his kids physically ready to play each and every Friday. Todd is a believer in hard work and is probably as loyal a coach I've ever had with me."
QB Andrew Tedder "We're going to focus on a lot of little things that make us succeed, not the big things. People may think we're not going to do well, but we want to surprise some people."
QB Andrew Tedder "I think the JV games will help us get into a rhythm and get on the same page as the coaches so that when it comes time for the varsity games, I think we will do well."
Friday Night Rewind With coaches and players from Armwood's 2004 state championship team joining the staff, they already have a winning mentality, but wins will take time.
