EXERCISE BIKE COULD BRING RELIEF

Can anyone out there help Renee Mercer's daughter-in-law get her mobility back? She is 26 years old, and as a baby had extensive damage to her pelvis in an accident. At age 14, she was in an accident that severely damaged her hips. She went through physical therapy until her medical coverage ran out and found that using a stationary bike helps her immensely. Renee is hoping that someone in the Lutz/Land O'Lakes area has a bike they would be willing to donate to her daughter-in-law. She can be reached at (813) 779-7790.

REX can be a wonderful way for people to share the wealth when they have an overabundance of a certain thing. Gary Hurt of Valrico receives medicine through the mail, and one of his meds must be kept cold, so it is shipped with a freezer pack, sometimes with as many as seven or eight of them. As a result, Gary has a lot of perfectly good freezer packs to give to anyone who would like them. He says he has inundated his friends and co-workers with them. If you are interested in some freezer packs, please call Gary at (813) 684-1203.
