Spoto led 21-0 by halftime in Thursday's shutout of East Bay (2-1).
The Spartans' passing game and stout defense were the story of the first half.
A 52-yard pass from James Brown to Tyron Baker led to a 2-yard touchdown run for Brown.
A fumble by East Bay's Aaron Mills was recovered by Jamar Burns and returned 37 yards. Spoto closed out the half with a 10-yard touchdown pass from Burns to Baker.
"We were outmanned and outgunned at every position tonight," East Bay coach Brian Thornton said.
Burns came out in the second half with a 74-yard touchdown run. Khayri McCray chipped in with a 10-yard touchdown run and junior Dominic Addison hooked up with Baker for another touchdown for the Spartans (3-0).
Burns had 193 yards rushing, 29 yards passing, three touchdowns and a two-point conversion. Baker finished with 127 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
