Gulf Coast Medical Center, with locations at 9238 and 11528 U.S. 19, Port Richey, have expanded hours to meet a recent rise in demand for urgent care services after hours.

New office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. No appointment is necessary.

Gulf Coast Medical Center is staffed by experienced physicians with on-site lab and X-ray services. Patient treatment records are forwarded to each patient's primary care physician for followup care.

The Village of Evergreen at Trinity East announces its new $1.5 billion master-planned community just off State Road 54, west of Gunn Highway in southwest Pasco County. It stretches from the Pasco-Pinellas county line north to State Road 54, and from Seven Springs Boulevard east to Gunn Highway.

The new gated community offers 155 homes, a private neighborhood park and a fenced children's play area. Home prices begin in the $250s including homesite. Samuelsen Builders has opened its 2,768-square-foot Britta model home, and several other builders will be announced soon.

When completed, Trinity, and the active adult community of Heritage Springs located in it, will provide more than 4,200 single-family homes and 900 multifamily residences.

Samuelsen's Britta model is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. For information, call (727) 372-9210.

Service Corps of Retired Executives Pasco-Hernando Chapter 439 will present a free small-business seminar, "Advanced Use of QuickBooks," from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hudson Regional Library, 8012 Library Road, Hudson.

Saint Leo University's International Business Conference will be Nov. 5-7 at the university's main Pasco County campus, 33701 State Road 52, 4 miles east of Interstate 75, St. Leo.
