From Yahoo Sports: "There are many ways to tell that a World Series is being held in New York - and not, say, St. Petersburg, Fla. - and one of them is to simply look at the press coverage in that town."

Such a deal

Who says Yankee Stadium is expensive? List prices for the Series games were just $50 to $425. And the resale market was reasonable with ticket brokers reporting the cheap seats were going for $270 to $330 a pop and potentially dropping into the low $200s. If you want to go big ticket, however, StubHub has two tickets in the front row behind the plate for tonight listed at $12,495 each.
