The whispers that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James might get back together are thankfully unfounded, as TMZ says the paperwork was filed and sealed last week. Sealed documents were filed in Travis County, Texas, the site says. Sources tell TMZ the papers pertain to the final divorce agreement. Apparently Bullock is planning on raising newly adopted son Louis as a single parent. A source told Us that Sandra and James are indeed on speaking terms, but only because they plan on continuing to raise Jesse's other children together in Austin. "Jesse would not relocate his family (Chandler, 15; Jesse Jr., 12; and Sunny, 6) to Austin without consulting with her," the insider told Us. "This has been in the works for a while. Austin is Sandra; it's not him. ... He'd like to reconcile."

Mexican singer killed after denying death
Mexican singer El Shaka was gunned down Saturday, just hours after downplaying rumors that he had been murdered. The 40-year-old singer, real name Sergio Vega, was driving his Cadillac to a concert in the state of Sinaloa when he was shot at, then finished off execution-style, Billboard reports. He had just finished denying his death to website La Oreja, noting he had increased his personal security after a rash of musicians being murdered. "It's happened to me for years now; someone tells a radio station or a newspaper I've been killed, or suffered an accident," Vega said. "And then I have to call my dear mum, who has heart trouble, to reassure her."
