Edward McCain told deputies he found his girlfriend and his buddy having sex in his living room Tuesday night.

He ordered both of them out of the house and broke up with 45-year-old Lisa Fernandez on the spot.

Then, McCain told deputies, it was Fernandez's turn to get upset.

Fernandez followed McCain into the bedroom they shared, struck him in the face several times and bit him repeatedly, deputies said.

When authorities arrived, McCain had bruises and bite marks all over his body, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report.

Deputies arrested Fernandez, of 1948 Grand Blvd., Holiday, and charged her with domestic battery. She was being held in the Land O'Lakes jail without bail.

Homeless man found in hotel room arrested

A Crystal Springs Inn employee called police Tuesday morning, believing that a man had broken in and was burglarizing Room 28.

As it turned out, the man just needed a place to stay the night.

Marcus Jeffcott, 31, who is homeless, was discovered fast asleep on the bed of Room 28. He told a police officer he entered the vacant room through a window, according to a Zephyrhills Police Department report.

Jeffcott, whose right hand bears a tattoo that reads "100% raw," was charged with trespassing. Although he is not accused of burglarizing the inn, he was previously sentenced to 11 months in prison for armed burglary and convicted of shoplifting, records show.

He is being held in the Land O'Lakes jail in lieu of $150 bail.

Ex-boyfriend jailed on multiple charges

A 22-year-old telemarketer sent his ex-girlfriend more than 180 text messages in three hours, threatening to shoot her new boyfriend and then kill himself, authorities said.

Caroline Henneberry, 19, broke up with Anthony Giuliani in May after a five-year relationship, saying he was emotionally abusive. Giuliani has harassed her with numerous text messages and phone calls since then, Henneberry told authorities, but it was not until Monday that the messages included threats to kill.

Pasco County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Giuliani at his office Tuesday and charged him with two counts of aggravated stalking and several counts of failure to appear and violating probation on previous traffic crimes. He is being held in the Land O'Lakes jail in lieu of $18,039 bail.
