The robber told a CVS pharmacist that getting the pills was a matter of life and death: His family was being held hostage in the parking lot at knife point. "Get all the Oxy or my family will be killed," the robber wrote on a note that he handed to a CVS clerk June 1, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report said. The ruse netted the robber two bottles - totaling 750 pills - of hydrocodone. Authorities this week identified the robber as Nicholas Costeines, 28, who was arrested Tuesday after people recognized him in the surveillance video of the robbery, sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll said. Deputies released the video to the media last week with the hope that someone could identify the suspect. Costeines, 1131 Foggy Ridge Parkway in Land O'Lakes, was charged with robbery and contempt of court. He is being held at Land O'Lakes jail without bail.
