Police in Central Florida say 13 children, including infants, were left alone by three day care center workers who were upset with their boss.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office said Sunday that each worker has been charged with 13 counts of child neglect. The workers are accused of leaving the children alone for up to an hour on Friday in a suburban Orlando day care center.
The center's owner, Ednita Williams, told investigators she argued with one worker over required child care certification classes. When Williams confirmed the certification was missing at another office, she called the employee to tell her she would be fired at the end of the day.
Williams found the children alone but unharmed when she returned to the day care center.

Two sea turtles found decapitated on beach
Two sea turtles have been found decapitated on a beach.
Cocoa Beach police say two witnesses reported seeing a man "sawing the head off" an 800-pound turtle carcass last week. A bucket containing the turtle head was found near a trash can at the beach.
Days earlier, a volunteer with the Sea Turtle Preservation Society found a dead sea turtle on the beach with its head missing.
Sea turtles nest on the beach.
