Financial

James E. "Jeb" Graham has been named a partner at CapTrust Advisors LLC, Tampa. Graham joined CapTrust in 2005 after serving as national director of the retirement plan consulting group at Raymond James.

Oscar Urrutia has been named a financial services representative at MetLife Tampa Bay Financial. Urrutia was a financial adviser at Edward Jones' Westchase branch.

Dr. Keith Singer has been named medical director at Universal Health Care Group, St. Petersburg. Singer was an associate medical director for utilization management at Anthem-Wellpoint in Indianapolis.

Ana Stancic has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer at M2Gen, a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa. Stancic was chief financial officer at Aureon Laboratories Inc., New York.

Scott Brown has been named a shareholder at William Schifino Mangione & Steady PA. Brown concentrates in the areas of real estate law, real estate development, real estate finance and real estate leasing.

Wm. Cary Wright has been appointed to several positions within the Real Property Probate Trust Law section of the Florida Bar. Wright was appointed chairman of the Construction Law Institute Committee and has been reappointed co-vice chairman of the Real Property and Liability Insurance Committee. Wright is a shareholder at Carlton Fields, Tampa.

Charles H. Rose III has been named professor of excellence in trial advocacy at Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport. Rose joined Stetson in 2004 and directs Stetson Law's Center for Excellence in Advocacy.
