A simulated sex act?

Remember The Scene from When Harry Met Sally? Don't try re-creating it in Polk County, even in the privacy of your bedroom - at least if the authorities already don't like you.

Ellenbeth Wachs, 48, of Lakeland has been charged with simulating a sex act in the presence of a minor for such carryings-on in her bedroom, TheLedger.com reports. The minor, a 10-year-old boy, was outside, playing basketball at 8:30 a.m. Wachs had yelled at him to stop, saying she was trying to sleep, before making lots of loud noises such as moaning and repeating "Oh, John" louder and louder.

Wachs has become somewhat of a thorn in the side of local officials because she is legal co-ordinator of Atheists of Florida, which has challenged the tradition of prayers at public meetings.
