Robert E. White has been named a tax partner at Cross, Fernandez & Riley (C/F/R) LLP, Tampa. White has over 40 years of accounting experience and previously was shareholder-in-charge of practice development at LS and Company, St. Petersburg.

Fifth Third Bank, Tampa Bay, announces that Richard Noletand Rick Jenkins have been named a mortgage loan originators. Nolet will be based in Clearwater and previously was a mortgage loan originator at Bank of America, Palm Harbor. Jenkins will be based in Seffner and was previously with Hallmark Mortgage Services Inc. in Tampa.

Frank Morsanihas been appointed to the board of directors of the Tampa Bay Trust Company, Tampa. Morsani currently serves as chairman of the University of South Florida investment committee, on the executive committee of the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, the board of directors at the Salvador Dali Museum and is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.

Beemal Shah has been promoted to chief operating officer at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson. Shah was chief operating officer at HCA's South Bay Hospital in Sun City Center since 2009.

Steven Lundquist has been named food and beverage director at The Club at Treasure Island. Lundquist was the manager of Maestro's at the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Performing Arts, Tampa.

Robert "Rob" Nation has been named a partner at M.E. Wilson Company, Tampa. Nation has been with M.E. Wilson for six years and specializes in custom-design, innovative and cost-saving risk management insurance strategies and products.

John Ullrich has been named a commercial lines insurance adviser at Wallace Welch and Willingham, St. Petersburg. Ullrich was a certified public accountant at McClanathan, Burg & Arndt LLC, St. Petersburg.

Quinn Henderson is the recipient of the 2010-2011 "Boss of Year" award from the St. Petersburg Association of Legal Support Specialists Inc. Henderson is an associate in the special business services practice group at Adams and Reese, St. Petersburg.

Mark Ragusa has been appointed chairman of the Florida Bar's Member Benefits Committee and the Standing Committee of the Unlicensed Practice of Law. Ragusa is a shareholder in the litigation, health law, construction and financial recovery-workout practice groups at Ruden McClosky PA, Tampa.
