Frank Morsanihas been appointed to the board of directors of the Tampa Bay Trust Company, Tampa. Robert "Rob" Nation has been named a partner at M.E. Wilson Company, Tampa. Nation has been with M.E. Wilson for six years and specializes in custom-design, innovative and cost-saving risk management insurance strategies and products.

John Ullrich has been named a commercial lines insurance adviser at Wallace Welch and Willingham, St. Petersburg. Ullrich was a certified public accountant at McClanathan, Burg & Arndt LLC, St. Petersburg.
