NOTEWORTHY TRIO

As the 2011-12 theater season winds up, it appears that almost every venue in this area has turned on the footlights and opened the box office for one last blast before the summer really sets in. - Besides the shows listed on this page in "Things to do" - the book musicals Meet Me in St. Louis at the new Weeki Wachee High School and The Sound of Music at the Eleanor Dempsey Performing Arts Center, and the music show "An Evening at the Copa" at the Quality Inn & Suites - as well as the comedy Secrets of a Soccer Mom at the Tarpon Springs Cultural Center (see below), the area's three permanent theaters are continuing their big musical productions.
