Mary Jordan had hoped for the best while preparing for the worst news, that she might lose her Pasco County teaching job.
This morning, her boss showed up at her Pasco Middle School office.
"Of course I knew when I saw her, because we never had a meeting with her," Jordan told the Gradebook. Story here.
Employees at other schools say that their administrators have started calling people into their offices with the news. The School Board has approved 513 positions for elimination, with the bulk expected to be through layoffs. More details as we get them.
