Money woes shadow Janssen

In her professional life, Pinellas County Schools Superintendent Julie Mastry Janssen has traveled a steadily upward path, rising from instructor to principal to head of one of the nation's largest school districts and Pinellas County's largest employer. Janssen's personal life, though, has been a bumpy ride through a second marriage and a thicket of financial problems, including bankruptcy, delinquent taxes and, this year, the start of foreclosure proceedings.
