BA Prospect Handbook: Moore No. 1, Lee 2, Archer 3

It's always a good day when Baseball America's Prospect Handbook comes in the mail, as they share their rankings of each system and offer in-depth scouting reports and analysis.

Overall, the experts at BA have the Rays ranked 11th in organizational talent (the Nats, Rangers and Royals are 1-2-3) and compiled an interesting list of prospects that, after LHP Matt Moore at the top, has SS Hak-Ju Lee second, RHP Chris Archer third, 2011 top draft pick Taylor Guerrieri fourth and does not include 2010 top pick OF Josh Sale among the 31 listed.

For more, and to order the book, see the Baseball America web site.
