After years and years of speculation from the gossip mill, it looks like Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have really, truly split up this time. No, really, we mean it. There's a press release and everything. For real. Really real. "Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated," a statement to Entertainment Tonight from Depp's publicist read. "Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children." The unmarried couple, who have been together since 1998, have two children, Lily-Rose, 13, and Jack, 9. There have been plenty of rumors swirling about the breakup, largely because they haven't been seen on a red carpet together in months. Paradis, 39, has mostly been staying in France with the kids while Depp, 49, has been off shooting one Tim Burton movie after another.

Baldwin mixes it up with photog
Believe it or not, Alec Baldwin has had another well-publicized outburst of uncontrollable rage, hulking out on a New York Daily News photographer who was taking his photograph outside New York's Marriage License Bureau on Tuesday. Photog Marcus Santos was waiting outside the building while the 54-year-old actor apparently went inside to get his marriage license with yoga instructor fiancee Hilaria Thomas. He took exception to the crew's presence on a public street taking photos of a public figure and came after Santos, eventually punching him in the chin, according to witnesses on hand. Baldwin's rep denied that the actor punched anyone. Alec himself on Twitter posted: "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning.#allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded."

Yes, Tampa is one of them. It's been a good year so far for Arsenio, who beat Clay Aiken in the finale of Celebrity Apprentice back in May.
