The Rays will have LHP Cesar Ramos start the second game tonight, with a plan for him to go as long as he can.
Ramos was a starter through 2010 in the Padres system, and has thrown as many as 57 pitches in a relief outing this season.
After that, the Rays will have most of their bullpen available, though possibly not LHP Jake McGee. LHP Alex Torres, called up for the day, is also available.
