Comics Shawn and Marlon Wayans came to Tampa over the weekend for a string of hot shows at the Improv in Ybor City ("7 sold out shows. Epic laughs! " Marlon tweeted). In the middle of it all - not to mention the downpour of Tropical Storm Debby - Marlon found time to make a surprise appearance at Jackson's Bistro in Tampa on Saturday night. And he brought a guest: Jaleel White, best known (okay, entirely known) as Steve Urkel from Family Matters. Juice paparazzo Luis Santana reports Wayans and Jaleel tried to keep a low profile in the VIP area with some NFL players, avoiding cameras all night but remaining friendly to fans who managed to get near their VIP table. Many people didn't even know White was in the club until closing time. Says Luis: "It was pretty funny to see the shocked faces on the people in the club when they realized that Steve Urkel was hanging out in the VIP!"

Other Cyrus heads to Broadway
When we're not writing about Miley Cyrus getting engaged to Liam Hemsworth, we're not thinking about the Cyrus family at all, so imagine our surprise when we heard dad Billy Ray will be joining the Broadway production of Chicago. And not in a tiny role, either; he'll be playing fast-talking lawyer Billy Flynn. "I love acting, and I'm always up for learning new things," the 50-year-old told USA Today, noting he saw John O'Hurley's turn in the production about a year ago. "His performance was so brilliant, and I fell in love with this character. He's got a lot of heart and soul, but he's got an agenda, too. I like that contradiction." He said he then watched the 2002 movie version starring Richard Gere and was inspired for his own run, which will be from Nov. 5 to Dec. 23. "I'm probably going to borrow from both performances - but make it my own, as they say in this business. I get a little nervous thinking about it. Maybe a lot nervous."

McCarthy sheds for Playboy
The big to-do online Monday, besides the gully-washer that is T.S. Debby, is the release of the cover of the July/August issue of Playboy, featuring 39-year-old Jenny McCarthy. "I'm really proud of it," the former Playmate of the Year 1993 told People. "The pictures are really gorgeous and classy. They could be out of W magazine. They're really elegant. It's probably a lot more sophisticated than a lot of the stuff you'd see of people with their clothes on." She also says why she'd sooner pose for Playboy than any other skin mag and how she prepared, as if we suddenly all forgot she's been on the cover FIVE other times. "The one thing I like about Playboy is they don't have the anorexic look... The women are voluptuous. So I didn't really want to diet. I just wanted to tone up." You'll forgive us if we don't show you the cover photo here.
