Derby Lane canceled its evening performance for the second consecutive time Tuesday because of flooding from Tropical Storm Debby.
"Our parking lot still has flooding and we're concerned about high tide," track spokeswoman Vera Rasnake said. "We do anticipate racing our regular doubleheader (today)."
Rasnake said the Tuesday card will be run in full Thursday. All but one race from Monday's canceled performance will be on today's matinee. Tonight's program features qualifying in the $40,000 St. Petersburg Derby that is scheduled for Saturday night.
