CRASH SERIOUSLY INJURES THREE ON BRUCE B. DOWNS NEAR PASCO LINE

Three people were hospitalized Tuesday night after a two-car crash on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard near County Line Road.

The crash, which was being investigated by the Florida Highway Patrol, happened around 6:30 p.m. and involved a sport utility vehicle and a midsize car, according to the Tampa Fire Rescue Department.

A person was ejected from the car. Pasco County Fire Rescue took that person and the driver of the SUV to local hospitals.

Tampa Fire Rescue pulled another person out of the heavily damaged car and drove to a pickup spot for a medical helicopter.

All three were considered trauma alert patients.
