The CUE Center for Missing Persons stopped by Tarpon Springs on Wednesday during a national tour to honor the missing. This visit to A.L. Anderson Park was to remember police cadet Kelly Rothwell, 35, who was last seen in March 2011, and other missing Floridians. Rothwell, of Indian Rocks Beach, was last seen having lunch with a friend in Clearwater. Her live-in boyfriend, retired corrections officer David Perry, was named the prime suspect in her disappearance. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has said Rothwell is presumed dead and is investigating the case as a homicide. The nonprofit CUE Center - CUE stands for Community United Effort - focuses on finding the missing, advocating for their causes and supporting their families.
