HARTLEB, Fred 94, died on Oct. 12, 2013. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, on Feb. 26, 1919. After serving in the Army 1941-1945 in the Infantry in Europe, he was employed by New York City as a mechanic until his retirement. In 1977, he moved to St. Petersburg, where he was active at Grace Lutheran Church until his move to Crystal River. He was also an avid boater and was a member of the United States Power Squadron for over 50 years. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. KELLY, Richard Allen went to be with the Lord on Oct. 15, 2013, after a long, hard fight with cancer. Richard retired July 30, 2013 after 27 years, as a Senior Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security. He was born July 21, 1956 at Ellington Air Force Base in Genoa, TX. He spent his childhood in Tampa, and graduated from Temple Heig-hts Christian School in 1974. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 1980 with a BA in Theology with minors in Greek and Hebrew. She loved to sew, collect bibles and placed a high esteem and value on education. She was deeply loved by others for her outgoing and happy personality.
