ALLEGAR, Melinda 73, of Temple Terrace, went home to be with the Lord on Oct. 17, 2013. A lov-ing wife, moth-er, sister, grandmother, and aunt, whose love of God, music, movies and being "silly" will live on in all of us. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 53 years, George; daughter, Karen Cerrato (John); son, Jason Allegar (Sharon); sister, Dixie Wilson; granddaughters, Ama-nda, Ashli, Rebecca, and Sierra; nieces, Tracy, Kimberly, Kristina; nephew, Mark; and numerous family and friends. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 2-3 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, service will begin at 3 pm, burial will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery. LAW, John Maxwell "MAX" 91, grove owner. Max Law passed away peacefully at home with his family on Oct. 17, 2013, in Land O' Lakes. Max was born on April 20, 1922 in Tampa to Max Well Law and Myra Wells Law. He attended local schools and was a 1941 graduate of Hillsborough High School. A WWII veteran, he entered the Army in 1942 and was in the 94th Bomb Group of the Mighty Eighth Air Force. Max was a waist gunner on a B-17 flying missions over Europe. On his 12th mission, with two engines out, his plane made an emergency landing in Switzerland where they were interred for almost a year. He married Betty Jameson on Feb. 10, 1946 in Tampa, and they moved to Pasco County where he lived for the remainder of his life. Max was a true native Floridian, he loved to hunt, fish, and go camping around the country with family and friends. He was a citrus grower and worked for Tropicana Products. He was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Land O'Lakes. He was truly one of the good guys and will be greatly missed. Max is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Betty; and 4 children, John, Don (Gail), Nancy Law, and Betsy (Mark) Lamoy all of Land O' Lakes; grandchildren include Amanda, Jennifer, William, Keith, Stacey, and Jamie; and 4 great-grandchildren; a sister Lomie Teague of Dade City; and a brother Herbert (Virginia) of Land O' Lakes; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and 3 sisters, Maxine Pearson, Mary Weaver, and Ruby Abbott. Family will receive friends Monday, Oct. 21 from 6-7 pm and a Memorial Service at 7pm at First United Methodist Church of Land O' Lakes. Burial will be at Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell. LISK, Robert E. 87, of Largo, died Oct. 17, 2013. He was born and raised in Staten Island. Prior to moving to Largo 16 years ago, he lived in Mariners Harbor most of his life and was married to his loving wife Margaret (formerly Margaret Stirrat) for over 67 years. He had 4 children, Lynne Dix, Robert (deceased), Thomas, and Kenneth; and 5 grandchildren. He attended McKee High School in Staten Island and was employed by Standard T Chemical (Montgomery Ward) for a number of years as a paint manufacturer. Robert was an avid fan of baseball, especially the Tampa Bay Rays. He liked to play cards, he always had a joke to tell and everyone who knew him loved to be in his company. He passed away at home with his loving family by his side. A Memorial service will be held at The Reformed Church of Staten Island, 54 Port Richmond Avenue, on Saturday Oct. 26 at 11 am. MORRIS, Kathleen M. "Kay" 91, died Oct. 15, 2013 at Suncoast Hospice Center in Clearwater. She was born in Cleveland, OH and came to Florida in 1981 from Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. She graduated from Bucknell University and was a retired first-grade teacher. Kay was a member of Phi Mu Sorority, the Kirk of Dunedin, and Suncoast New Neighbors. Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Robert H. Morris; two children, Carole Colt of Ashland, OR, and Robert B. Morris of Stewartsville, NJ, his wife, Laura, and their two children, Amanda and Kelly. She is also survived by a brother-in-law, Dr. James F. Morris of Portland, OR.

TAIT, Brian W. 61 years young, passed away Oct. 17, 2013. WEDLER, Raymond Paul 85, of Venice and formerly of St. Petersburg, died Oct. 19, 2013. He had attended NYU in New York and Drexel Institute in Pennsylvania. Raymond ser-ved his country in the US Air Force. He worked for Westinghouse in Tampa as a Nuclear Power Engineer. He was a Christian and a true believer, and attended the Open Bible Church in St. Petersburg, and the Park Place Wesleyan Church. Raymond was a good father and grandfather, and was a loving husband. He was preceded in passing by his son Paul Marc Wedler. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years Dina; daughter Darlene Wedler-Johnson; and by his grandson Aden Wedler Johnson.
