Arron Afflalo scored 18 and Tobias Harris and Maurice Harkless added 17 to lead the host Magic to a 100-92 victory over the Timberwolves. Rookie Victor Oladipo added 16 points and six assists to help Orlando snap a three-game losing streak. Ricky Rubio led Minnesota with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Minnesota played without injured starters Kevin Love, Kevin Martin and Nikola Pekovic. Orlando used a 10-1 run late in the fourth quarter to finish off a second-half rally from 12 points down.
IRVING UNHAPPY WITH MEDIA: Frustrated with media reports he says have unfairly portrayed him this season, Irving said that he's happy in Cleveland and only focused on winning.
"The barrage and little bit of attack that I saw, I've been getting it all season, and I feel I definitely don't deserve it," Irving said before Saturday's game.
Irving issued Twitter messages after Friday's game disputing a report that he wants out of Cleveland. "Sick to my stomach with all these rumors and accusations," Irving wrote in one of four tweets posted on his account. "Can I play without media guessing at my life."
WARRIORS FIRE ASSISTANT: The Warriors fired assistant coach Darren Erman for "a violation of company policy," general manager Bob Myers said. It's the second assistant let go by the team in as many weeks.
