CHRISTISON, Robert S. 81, of Hudson, born Aug. 19, 1932 in Springfield, MA, passed away on March 29, 2014. Survived by wife, Mary; children, Susan Sacchetti, John Christison, Lynn Torres; brother, James; and four grandchildren. Served in the Army from 1953-1955. Guilford College graduate with a BA in history. He owned his own insurance agency, Christison Insurance Services, and was a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner. FLYNN, Virginia D. "Jinny" 97, born in Bridgeport, CT March 15, 1917 to Charles and Ada Donnelly, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014. Two days after graduating from Danbury State Teacher's College, Jinny married the man of her dreams, Francis X. (Bud) Flynn. They lived for many years in Delaware, before moving to Florida in 1970. Jinny was a teacher both in Delaware, and at St. Jude Cathedral School in St. Petersburg. Following retirement, Jinny spent several years as a volunteer at Northside Hospital in Pinellas Park. In most recent years, Jinny resided at Arbor Oaks Assisted Living Facility. Jinny's family would like to thank the many nurses and assistants at Arbor Oaks, who made her last few years so comfortable, as well as the Hospice nurses who assisted Jinny during the last days of her life. Her husband, Bud, her son, James F., and her daughter, Maureen F., predeceased Jinny. She is survived by her daughter Barbara F. Wolstenholme (Bill), her daughter Patricia F. Kranik (Michael); grandchildren, Brian, Jennie, Amy, Kim, Paul, Megan, Nicholas; 10 great-grandsons, and 2 great-granddaughters. Donations can be made to Suncoast Hospice. Visitation will take place at Brett Funeral Home Tuesday, 6-8 pm, with a prayer service at 6:30 and a funeral mass will take place at the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle at 10 am Wednesday. GATES, Victor L. 89, of St. Petersburg, and for-merly of Pittsburgh, PA passed away peacefully with his fami-ly by his side Saturday, April 5, 2014. Victor was born June 20, 1924 in Burdine, PA to the late Emery and Anna Maria (Kutka) Gates. He moved to this area in 1982 coming from Pittsburgh, PA. Victor was a proud Marine veteran serving his country in the South Pacific during WWII. He was a mem-ber of St. Matthew Catholic Church and an avid golfer. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Rose A. Gates of St. Petersburg; a daughter, Renae Schmidt of Largo; two sons, Randall Carson of Clear-water and Ryan (Lori) Carson of Safety Harbor; six grand-children, Nicholas, Anthony, Christopher, Ashley, Benjamin, and Lindsay; and six great-grandchildren, Angelena, AJ, Natalie, Isabella, Zachary, and Izabella; and a brother, Emery Gates of Largo. GEORGE, Robert Reed age 75, died on Thursday April 3, 2014. HARRIMAN, Janis Irene 74, of St. Petersburg, died April 2, 2014 in Colorado with her daughter, Brenda Tho-mann and family at her side. Janis worked for years in St. Petersburg as a legal secretary and was an active member of Our Lady of Good Hope Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughters, Holly Harriman of St. Petersburg, Brenda Thomann (Brad) of Franktown, CO; granddaugh-ters, Brittany and Brooke Thomann; and sister, Mary Allen (Elton) of Dresden, ME. A memorial service will be held this summer in Maine.

MOLLOY, Donald F. 64, passed away April 2, 2014.
